One view for the person running the class
There is no setup project and no import wizard to fight. Create a class, share the code, and the dashboard fills in as your students practise.
Make a class in your instructor account and set the target the cohort is aiming for, for example 600, 730 or 800. You get a short class code to share.
Students enter the code once. Joining is how they consent to share their practice results with the instructor of that class, nothing hidden, nothing forced.
Every mock and drill a joined student finishes flows into your five dashboard views automatically. You read and plan; you never log in as anyone or touch their answers.
Each view answers one question you actually ask as an instructor, from how the whole cohort is doing down to what to reteach on Monday. Here is what each one looks like.
Open the dashboard and the first thing you see is the shape of your cohort: how many students, how many are active this week, the average projected score, and the percent already at or above the target you set. The score distribution shows you whether you have one tight cluster or a long tail to bring up.

The roster is the working list you live in. One row per student with their last score, how many tests they have taken, whether they are trending up or down, the single part costing them the most, and when they were last active. Sort by any column and filter to the students who need you: below target, inactive this week, biggest drops.
Click a name and you get that student's story: every attempt with its score and date, and a breakdown by section so you can see exactly where the points are. It is built to help you coach, not to snoop. There is no log in as, no way to edit an answer, and no reach beyond the class the student joined. You see what you need to guide them and nothing more.
An average hides the one skill dragging your class down. The heatmap spreads the whole cohort across the seven Listening and Reading parts and the Speaking and Writing tasks, shaded from strong to weak, so the problem jumps out. When Part 3 conversations glow red across the group, you know Monday's lesson without opening a single spreadsheet.
Pick a mock or a targeted drill, set a due date, and send it to the cohort. The assignments view then does the chasing for you: a live completion bar for each task, so you can see who has finished, who has started, and who has not opened it yet, without sending a single reminder email by hand.
The dashboard exists to turn a pile of individual attempts into the three or four decisions an instructor actually makes each week.
