How do I reset my progress?
You can reset your progress any time from your dashboard: open Settings → Progress and choose Reset progress to clear your scores and start fresh. Prefer we do it for you? Email hello@toeicmocktests.com from your account address and we will wipe your practice history within 2 business days.
Is there phone support?
We do not offer phone support right now. Our small team handles everything by email so we can answer carefully and keep a written record of your issue. Write to hello@toeicmocktests.com and we will reply within 2 business days, usually much sooner.
How do schools get bulk access?
Schools, universities and language programs can get bulk seats, class rostering and cohort analytics through our education plans. Email sales@toeicmocktests.com with your rough student numbers and the tests you need, and we will send a quote and set up a trial classroom. You can also read more on the for schools page.
