Refund and cancellation policy
The short version: no refunds, and you can cancel any time.
Pro passes
A Pro pass gives you access to every test and practice set on TOEIC Mocks for 7, 30 or 75 days. It starts as soon as your payment goes through and renews automatically at the same price for the same length of time until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (your plan card, then Stop renewing) or by emailing hello@toeicmocktests.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling never shortens it.
No refunds
Passes are digital and give you immediate access to all tests, so we don't offer refunds for any pass, including passes that renewed before you cancelled and periods you didn't use. When you buy a pass you ask us to start it right away, and you acknowledge that this means you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase.
Charged by mistake?
If a technical error charged you twice for the same period, email hello@toeicmocktests.com with your receipt and we will correct the duplicate charge.
