These terms explain how you can use TOEIC Prep — our online TOEIC practice tests and AI feedback. Please read them carefully. They are written in plain English, and a summary in the margin helps you jump to any section.
Welcome to TOEIC Prep. By accessing or using our website at toeicmocktests.com, including our practice tests, AI feedback, and related features (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, company, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
TOEIC Prep offers online TOEIC practice tests and AI-generated feedback to help you prepare for the real exam. This includes full-length and mini practice tests, practice by skill and part, instant score estimates, and AI explanations and study suggestions.
The Service is a study tool. Practice scores, band estimates, and AI ratings are estimates provided for practice purposes only — they are generated by our own scoring models, not by ETS.
During our launch period, full Pro features are provided free of charge so that everyone can prepare without a paywall. This launch offer is time-limited. We may change it, end it, or introduce paid plans at any time, at our discretion.
We will always keep a free tier so you can continue practising at no cost. However, we do not promise that any specific feature will remain free indefinitely, and we make no “free forever” commitment. If and when we introduce paid plans, we will clearly show what is free and what is paid before you are ever charged.
You can take your first practice test without an account. To save your progress and unlock more tests, you may create a free account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.
The Service is provided for your own genuine test preparation. To keep it fair and available for everyone, you agree not to:
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe are misusing the Service.
Our practice questions, answer explanations, software, page designs, graphics, and other content are owned by TOEIC Prep or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own TOEIC preparation.
You keep ownership of the responses and content you submit — for example, your Speaking and Writing answers. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your responses so we can score them, generate your feedback, provide the Service, and improve our practice materials and models.
TOEIC® and TOEIC Bridge® are registered trademarks of ETS (Educational Testing Service). We use these names only to describe the tests that our materials help you prepare for.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that practice scores will match your official TOEIC result — your real score may be higher or lower than any estimate you receive here. We also do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any content is complete or accurate for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOEIC Prep and its team, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any decision or outcome based on a practice score or AI feedback.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect after your access ends.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes to our plans. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
By continuing to use the Service after the updated terms take effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Service.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TOEIC Prep operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and TOEIC Prep agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
