There is no official score conversion. Bridge uses a 30 to 100 scale and the main TOEIC Listening & Reading uses 10 to 990. Both map to the CEFR, so your CEFR level is the best way to compare them.

How reliable is a TOEIC Bridge score?

ETS reports high reliability for the Bridge tests. For Listening and Reading the standard error of measurement is about 3 scaled score points, so your reported score sits close to your true level.
